At Hokey Pokey, your satisfaction is our priority, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange most of the purchased products. To be eligible, your item must be unused and unopened - in the same condition you received it. Your item MUST be in the original packaging. Along with your item, you must provide a receipt or proof of payment. Please note that we can not accept back the following products for a sanitary reason or because possible alteration with the products: Books, magazines, practice boards and any loose or liquid products in unsealed packaging (airbrush paint, liquid paint, loose glitter, and glitter gels, etc. ). We cannot refund or exchange any product that has been used unless it is faulty.
ONLINE:
If you have purchased your products online we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days after you have received your order. If products are refunded or exchanged after 10 days but before 60 days after purchase you will be issued a store credit.
If you are not able to bring back the product to our store, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. All returns must be approved by email before you mail the products back. Items returned without authorization may be discarded or mailed back to you at your expense.
Once we receive the item(s) back we will inspect the product(s) to ensure that it is in its original state, and once approved, will issue you a refund back to your original method of payment or issue a store credit depending on when the products were returned. Shipping charges are not credited or refunded, unless you are shipping the entire order back to us due to our mistake (If we shipped wrong products, defective products etc)
Please note: for online orders we can only provide an exchange if you are able to bring the item back to the store, unfortunately we cannot process exchanges if shipping is required.
IN-STORE:
If you have purchased your order in-store we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please note that cash refunds of more than $50 must be requested through email or over the phone, and require a processing time of 48 hours. If products are refunded or exchanged after 14 days but before 60 days after purchase you will be issued a store credit.
