Balloon Shine 8 Oz

Hi-Shine spray bottle. Hi-Shine helps prevent oxidation of balloons and restores shine to latex that have become dull and cloudy. Spray a small amount ontop of latex balloons and rub around the surface with a glove which attached.

• Reduces oxidation, (oxidation causes balloons to have a dull look)
• Use with air-filled decor and helium-filled balloons.
• Combine Hi-Float and HI-SHINE for balloons that defy gravity - and time - for longer than ever.
• Especially good for balloons being used outside!
• Do not use HI-FLOAT products or Balloon Shine on Deco Bubbles or latex balloons inside Deco Bubbles.
