Final Seal provides a water resistant matte "top coat" for most types of makeup. It protects makeup against perspiration. Final Seal is a mixing liquid that can be used as a sealer, a thinner for liquid makeup to make it flow smoothly through an airbrush, or mixed with Metallic powders. Final Seal has a minty fragrance which may cause irritation for highly sensitive skin try Liquiset for a fragrance free alternative.
Direction: Hold 8-10 inches from completed makeup. Spray lightly, avoid saturation. Allow to dry and repeat if desired. When mixing with liquid makeup (such as MagiColor and Mehron liquid makeup) mix 3 parts of paint to 1 part of Final Seal and shake until liquid makeup is thin and at desired viscosity. Once mixed with liquid makeup, the Final Seal creates a sealer that allows for a waterproof finish.

Translucent powder with the hint of color. Shake the powder into the cap. Use a small powder brush or makeup sponge and apply to the face where needed and blend out. Can be used to add highlight or set the entire face.
