Each refill is dry and ready to use allowing artists to stock up on popular colors or quickly restock a color when needed. Additionally, each color pan consists of a lower profile border allowing an easy entry when using wider brushes and sponges.

Encore palettes can be activated by 91%-99% alcohol or by Fuel Activator. Encore alcohol based makeup is made in the USA at the European Body Art facility implementing EBA’s proprietary formulas in conjunction with strict manufacturing and FDA compliant measures.  All ingredients are of a cosmetic grade and all pigments are approved by the FDA.

This product must be activated using 99% alcohol or Fuel which is an alcohol palette activator created by European Body Art. For easy removal use Vapore, a remover made by European Body Art.

To Remove: Use baby oil or alcohol.

Important Notes: We do not recommend using alcohol based paints on the face of youths. Always consult with your customers prior to using alcohol based paints for full body art.
